That’s right! Consurge, book two, the conclusion to the Somniare Duology is ALIVE!

You get find it here:

And since I’ve been a super slacker with posting updates on here, I’ll catch everyone up.
What I’m working on now:
Parallax, book two in the Starblind series.
The planned release isn’t be until April of 2017, but I’ll also be releasing the rest of the series in 2017. That’s right, I’m finally going to complete the series.
Why did it take me so long?
Because I couldn’t make up my mind about how I wanted to do the series. First I had planned on doing the entire series told through Jane’s POV, because she was so much fun to write. But then I worried I’d get bored. That happens to me … a lot. And I certainly didn’t want to be working on something that wasn’t fun for me to write. So then I thought I’d do it like my M-Day series, and have each book told through a different person’s POV. That ran me into a little cover problem. How was I going to find non-crappy (Yes, that’s a word now.) representations of some of the aliens I put in the book? I thought maybe doing the whole sexy couple thing on the cover might work. Buuuut … I ended up changing my mind again. And again. Then the book just sat there seeping in uncertainty, driving me insane.
Finally, a few months ago I came to a decision. I was going to get another new cover for Starblind, re-edit that bad boy, and finish the damn series!!! Each book will focus on a different couple, and will be narrated from a different character’s POV.
Fast forward to now, Starblind has a new cover ready to go:

It’s been re-edited, and is waiting to be formatted. It will go live as soon as it’s finished. I’m excited about this series all over again!
Speaking of new covers … My Death Trilogy has some revamped covers on the way as well.

I also cleaned up the prose a bit on these books.
Fun fact: As an author, if you re-read anything that you wrote a long time ago , you are going to want to hurl yourself off of the closest building.

Seriously, I wanted to delete these books and pretend like they never existed. But instead, I polished them up a bit, accepted that my writing has evolved over the past five years, and once they’re re-published, I will pretend like they don’t exist, like all the rest of my old books.

That’s about it for now folks. Until next time …
